About the position

The Civil Engineer - Site Development - Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing and managing various residential and commercial site development projects. This position involves leading a team in the creation of plans and specifications, ensuring project compliance, and serving as the primary contact for clients. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to supervise engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for projects and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications for various projects.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients.
• Responsible for project management reporting and client invoicing.
• May supervise the work of one or more Engineers or CAD Technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Registered P.E. in Georgia.
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience serving as a Project Manager for multiple municipalities.
