Responsibilities

  • Perform complex civil engineering work in specialized areas such as drainage, roadway, bridge, or traffic design.
  • Conduct flood control engineering tasks and related duties as required.
  • Prepare and write clear and concise reports, maintaining organized records.
  • Manage and supervise at least two direct reports, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and maintain sound working relationships with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and situations occurring simultaneously.
  • Utilize strategic problem-solving skills to address engineering challenges.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in civil engineering specialties such as drainage, roadway, bridge, or traffic design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong dedication and team loyalty with good judgment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple situations effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse personalities.
  • Experience managing or supervising at least two direct reports.
