A very reputable client is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their team to work on multi-discipline project teams providing structural engineering and related technical expertise. The successful candidate will be involved in various project assignments that may include design and analysis, preparation of plans and specifications, report writing, cost estimating, and construction observation. The work will primarily focus on commercial and industrial facilities, requiring a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and practices. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to significant projects that impact the built environment. The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a M.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an ABET accredited engineering college. Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit is essential, along with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with project team members and clients.
