Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of structural engineering projects.
  • Prepare and understand construction documents.
  • Interface with customers and manage project expectations.
  • Track expenses and manage project budgets.
  • Prepare submittals and write concept drawings.
  • Utilize RISA, STAAD, and other related software for project design and analysis.
  • Step into a project management role as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-20 years of structural engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in RISA and STAAD software.
  • Experience in scheduling and expense tracking.
  • Knowledge of purchasing and interfacing with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prepare submittals.
  • Desire to take on project management responsibilities.
