The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering and be on the path to engineering registration. You will be involved in the design and construction document development specifically in the area of site development, which includes site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion and sedimentation control. Familiarity with current codes, design guidelines, and stormwater management practices is essential. You will work closely with clients and team members throughout all phases of a project, from schematic design to construction administration. This role requires strong visual and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to self-direct, multitask, and manage support staff effectively. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred, along with experience in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with current codes, design guidelines, and stormwater management practices.
• Familiarity with the construction administration process including RFI's, submittals, and punch lists.
• Work with clients and team members on all aspects of a project from schematic design through construction administration.
• Ability to self-direct, multitask, and manage support staff effectively.
• Demonstrate strong visual and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experienced in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Engineering registration or on the path to registration (preferred).
• Experience in design and construction document development in the area of site development.
