Requirements

• A bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• A valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.

Nice To Haves

• Roadway design experience specifically for ODOT projects using ORD.
• ODOT plan development experience.
• MOT design experience.
• Drainage design experience.
• Roundabout design experience.
• A PE license in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Perform roadway design for ODOT projects including intersection improvements, roundabouts, roadway widening and realignment, and interstate widening and rehabilitation.
• Develop project scopes and budgets.
• Build relationships with clients to win new business.
• Provide plan review and project management for clients.
• Organize activities, schedules, and reporting in support of assigned projects.
• Travel as needed for project requirements.
