About the position

We are seeking a collaborative Civil Engineer specializing in Water Resources to join our talented team. This role involves working on a variety of public works and land development projects, including stormwater analysis and design, transportation, and site development. The position offers a comfortable and collaborative work environment with flexible work arrangement options.

Responsibilities

• Work on public works and land development projects including stormwater analysis and design.
• Conduct transportation and site development projects.
• Mentor engineers in training and design technicians.
• Prepare engineering specifications and cost estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Registered PE in the states of Washington and/or Oregon preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in civil engineering projects.
• Experience in water resources/stormwater management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and the Western Washington Hydrology Model.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in specification writing and engineering cost estimate preparation.
