The City of Greeley is seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer II/III to join our Engineering division within the Water and Sewer Department. This position is crucial for the planning, analysis, rehabilitation, and construction of the City’s water infrastructure. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of activities that include water system analysis, project management, and decision-making related to the expansion and replacement of the City’s water infrastructure. This role will involve leading projects focused on pipeline infrastructure, pump stations, and treated water reservoirs, while also assisting in the management of capital improvement projects (CIP) alongside the Engineering teams. As a Civil Engineer II/III, you will be responsible for managing simple to intermediate water distribution and transmission projects concurrently. Your responsibilities will encompass the planning, budgeting, permitting, design, and construction phases of the City’s water distribution systems. You will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
