About the position

We are seeking a Civil Engineer or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with experience in site development or municipal projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and developing construction documents and plans for various clients, including municipal projects and street repairs or rehabilitations. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to apply them in practical scenarios. The candidate will be involved in handling site plans, utility plans, roadway designs, and storm water systems, ensuring that all designs meet regulatory standards and client specifications. Additionally, the engineer will perform quality checks and reviews to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the designs before they are finalized and implemented. The position is fully on-site in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and currently operates in a remote/hybrid model with a few days in the office each week. The Civil Engineer will collaborate closely with other engineering professionals and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role is critical in supporting the infrastructure needs of the community and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
