About the position

We are looking for an Engineer in Training (EIT) or a Professional Engineer (PE) to join our Civil Engineering firm in Cincinnati. This is an urgent position that will be filled quickly, and we are eager to find the right candidate. The primary functions of this role include planning and designing civil and site development projects. This encompasses site layout, grading, stormwater management, and utilities. The successful candidate will work closely with a multi-discipline team of architects, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers, and structural engineers on a variety of projects, including those in higher education, retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. In this role, you will collaborate with other technical staff from various offices to provide consulting engineering services to state and private universities, national retailers, municipalities, architects, and local development clients. You will also work alongside other Civil Engineering teams, including those focused on municipal, transportation, water resources, and water/wastewater projects. Daily interactions with project teams in a multi-disciplinary and multi-office environment will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and have at least 2 years of experience in site development or general civil engineering. A working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software is essential, along with excellent computer and communication skills. Responsibilities

Requirements
