Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in civil engineering fields
• Proficient in using MicroStation Open Roads and/or AutoDesk Civil 3D
• Experience with HECRAS, HECHMS, and/or Innovyze Modeling Products
• Familiar with design standards such as AASHTO, MUTCD, WEF, APWA, and AWWA
• Strong grasp of engineering principles and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communicator at all organizational levels
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
