About the position

Barge Design Solutions is seeking highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineers to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute various civil engineering projects.
• Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
• Work on civil-site projects including preparation of grading, drainage, site layout, utility, and erosion control plans.
• Partner with internal project management team members by providing technical input and guidance for client conversations and multi-discipline design meetings.
• Occasionally visit job sites for construction observation duties.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years' proven experience in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client/customer management skills.
