About the position

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at our modern office located at 1415 East Railroad Street, Laurel, MT 59044. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and constructing a wide range of projects in the heavy civil and materials civil engineering field. This role requires a passion for technical writing, project engineering, and civil engineering. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project success and will be involved in various aspects of project management, from initial design to final construction. In this position, you will design and oversee construction projects such as roads, bridges, and airport runways. You will conduct site investigations and analyze data using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Additionally, you will prepare engineering calculations using specialized software and develop comprehensive project plans and specifications. Effective management of project budgets and timelines is crucial, as is the ability to collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. You will also create detailed schematics using MicroStation, ensuring that all designs meet the required standards and specifications.
