Responsibilities

• Manage and design land development projects including erosion control, grading, stormwater management, and sediment control.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and other professionals to assess project needs and requirements.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for project design and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with client expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
• EIT (Engineer in Training) or PE (Professional Engineer) certification.
• Proficient in land development design, including erosion, grading, stormwater management, and sediment control.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
