About The Position
We are looking for a Civil Engineer who is proficient in Civil 3D focused in water/waste water design. This individual will manage waste water design projects from start to finish with some support from drafter/designers when needed. Projects include general municipal civil engineering projects with specialties in water supply, transmission, treatment, storage and distribution; wastewater collection, pumping, treatment and disposal; systems controls and telemetry; special studies including master development plans, storm water, spill prevention, water and wastewater system modeling, and permitting. The role requires the ability to handle projects from start to finish and maintain all aspects of the project life cycle. The Civil Engineer will prepare engineering design drawings using field surveying data, reports, maps, drawings, and topographical and geologic data, and will also determine and prepare project cost estimates. This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 12 months, and it is a fully on-site position in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The work environment is primarily in an office setting with site visits as needed based on the state of the project.
