About the position

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their Land Development team in Canton, Ohio. This role involves managing various civil engineering projects, including commercial, residential, and public improvements, while also providing mentorship to junior staff. The position requires a strong background in civil or environmental engineering and proficiency in design software.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive roadway construction plans and perform or review design calculations.
• Develop plans for land development projects including layout, grading, drainage, and erosion & sediment controls.
• Estimate project costs for roadway and related components.
• Collaborate with construction inspection staff and review field reports for contract compliance.
• Manage all aspects of project coordination and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited University in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering or related field.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.
• Familiarity with MicroStation and Inroads design software; experience with GeoPak and Civil 3D is a plus.
