About the position

Kimley-Horn is seeking Engineering graduates to join their Prescott, Arizona office in 2025. This position is focused on providing hands-on experience in civil engineering design and analysis, utilizing technical software to deliver high-quality results for clients. Analysts will engage in various projects, develop familiarity with regulations, and work collaboratively across disciplines to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects.
• Solve complex problems and assist project managers in project execution.
• Collaborate across disciplines to produce clients' visions for the built environment.
• Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and clients' practices, procedures, and standards.
• Learn software programs specific to disciplines such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and/or GIS.

Requirements

• An ABET accredited engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2025 in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
