About the position
The Civil Engineering Project Lead will oversee and direct engineering projects related to site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure. This role requires a skilled civil engineer who can earn client trust through effective solutions and demonstrate increasing levels of responsibility in project management.
Responsibilities
- Utilize a strong technical understanding of engineering systems, materials, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and develop strong client relationships.
- Manage project budgets and profitability awareness.
- Apply knowledge of U.S. and local design codes and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
- Colorado PE license or eligibility to obtain by comity.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D is a plus.
