About the position

raSmith is currently seeking a Construction Engineer for our Brookfield, WI market. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of tasks that include research, analysis, computation, checking, and fieldwork necessary for the preparation of reports, engineering studies, and the design of diverse projects. Responsibilities

• Conducting field inspection and testing to check performance or conformity for reporting or study requirements.
• Preparing, maintaining and reporting statistical, technical and analytical engineering related data.
• Preparing and adapting design documents including drawings and specifications under the direction of the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Up to two (2) years of progressive experience in construction design-based engineering and construction inspection.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D software is highly preferred.
