Responsibilities

• Provide engineering expertise to support environmental operations in Michigan.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure completion of engineering and remediation scopes within schedule and budget.
• Prepare engineering design drawings and specifications, technical reports, and conduct field investigations.
• Manage project permitting and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Conduct engineering cost estimating and analysis, and prepare bid and award services.
• Oversee environmental sampling field work, data management, and reporting.
• Prepare project scopes of work and budget estimates, and coordinate design document preparation.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in civil or environmental engineering.
• Michigan - Licensed P.E. certification or ability to obtain within 3 months through reciprocity.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and operations planning skills.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to finish tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Adobe, and other business software.
