Responsibilities

• Exercise professional judgment on work details and make preliminary selections and adaptations of alternatives.
• Apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks.
• Prepare working drawings, details, layouts, surveys, estimates, and work products.
• Receive close supervision on new aspects of assignments as required.
• Coordinate with the work of others who assist in specific assignments.
• Interface with clients and government contacts on land development and municipal projects.
• Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality.
• Perform specific and limited portions of broader assignments under supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Sciences in Civil Engineering from an ABET Accredited Program.
• 0-4 years of experience in Civil Engineering.
• Ability to perform independent design tasks and organize drawings with limited supervision after initial instructions.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

• Fundamentals of Engineering / Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
• Recent experience with Municipal and Land Development work.
• Recent demonstrable experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Applicable internship experience.
