Responsibilities
- Prepare and respond to initial pleadings, motions to dismiss, demands, and discovery.
- Draft motions for summary judgment and other trial-related court filings.
- Conduct legal research and investigations as needed for cases.
- Participate in depositions and courtroom proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and the Managing Partner for mentorship and guidance.
Requirements
- Must be barred in New York.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in preparing and responding to court filings and motions.
- Deposition and courtroom experience.
