About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Oklahoma City. The role involves representing clients in civil litigation cases, conducting legal research, and providing counsel throughout the litigation process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil litigation and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
• Provide counsel to clients on legal matters and guide them through the litigation process
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in the state
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional research and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Client-focused approach to legal practice
