The Law Offices of Vincent W. Davis & Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our small but dynamic team. This position is crucial in supporting our attorneys throughout all phases of the civil litigation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and will be adept at managing various tasks associated with trial preparation, discovery, and law and motion practice. As a Civil Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents, including complaints, answers, and motions, and assisting attorneys in preparing for trial. You will work closely with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and evidence, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. Your role will also involve conducting legal research, maintaining case files, and ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures in both federal and state courts. We are looking for a superstar who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in all phases of the civil litigation process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in civil litigation as a paralegal.
