Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in civil litigation cases by managing case files and documentation.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Assist in e-filing documents using ICCES and County Courts.
• Maintain knowledge of court rules and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and external parties to facilitate case management.
• Provide exceptional client service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation.
• Experience working with multiple attorneys and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents.
• Proficiency in e-filing using ICCES and County Courts.
• Solid knowledge of litigation documents, court rules, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves
