Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II specializing in Structure & Bridge Design to join our team in the Raleigh, NC office. This position is integral to our Infrastructure Engineering division, focusing on the design and analysis of structural components within renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will engage in both routine and complex design tasks, specifically involving steel piles and steel connections, as well as cast-in-place concrete slabs. A solid understanding of renewable energy nomenclature is essential, as the role will require collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. In addition to design responsibilities, the Civil Project Engineer II will assist in the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets. This includes managing projects and tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The role also involves contributing to marketing efforts and proposal development, which are crucial for securing new projects and expanding our client base.
