Water quality calculations, including green infrastructure practices such as bio-retention, will be required for residential and commercial site development projects in the Middle Tennessee area. The engineer will also prepare application packages that include calculations and narrative reports, such as Class V Injection Well permit applications and SWPPP NOI/NOC permit applications for review and approval by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC). Furthermore, the engineer will prepare applications for the submittal of water and sanitary sewer plans to TDEC for review and approval. Strong administrative and management skills are essential for filing electronic submissions and monitoring the review and approval process of engineering designs, drawings, and reports for development projects in various cities in Middle Tennessee.
