About the position

The Civil Project Engineer/Project Manager will lead a team of civil design engineers in a consulting firm based in Lacey, WA. This role involves overseeing a variety of public and private projects, including commercial site development, parks and recreation facilities, multi-family/residential development, water systems, sewer lift stations, roadway infrastructure, and municipal institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and design, with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of civil design engineers on various projects.
• Coordinate design and project management activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD software.
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred.
