Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative processes and technical knowledge.
• Serve as an Area Lead or Lead on assigned projects.
• Perform complex to difficult engineering assignments.
• Evaluate, select, and apply advanced engineering techniques to complex assignments.
• Develop and review estimates and schedules, including progress reports and manpower forecasts.
• Establish, track, and monitor material key quantities; provide analysis and forecasts.
• Develop and review specifications, including design criteria.
• Participate in equipment and material procurement, permitting, and subcontracting activities.
• Perform and check calculations, specify equipment, and solve complex engineering problems.
• Participate in people development through mentoring and conducting training seminars.
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems of varying complexity.
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge in engineering processes and practices.
• Experience in project management and leadership roles.
• Ability to perform complex engineering calculations and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills for developing estimates and schedules.
