Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage investigations involving buildings, structures, and structural components.
  • Perform structural analysis and damage assessment.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Conduct lab and field testing of construction materials.
  • Review structural designs for compliance and integrity.
  • Prepare written reports summarizing analyses and findings.
  • Interact with clients and other consultants to discuss project details and outcomes.
  • Manage multiple unique projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
  • 2+ years of forensics experience is a must.
  • Litigation experience is a big plus.
  • Proficient in computer software such as MathCAD, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or design is a plus.
