About the position

Responsibilities

• Perform all required procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.
• Operate specialized equipment including computer systems and hemodynamic monitoring devices.
• Maintain patient charts and compile statistics.
• Generate reports and input data into computer programs.
• Problem solve basic error messages related to hemodynamic equipment.
• Ensure adherence to sterile procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an appropriate accredited program or health science degree.
• BLS Certification upon completion of orientation or within one month of hire.
• Valid Paramedic License or equivalent (LVN, EMT-P, ARRT) or 2 years consecutive cath lab experience.
• Experience in Statistics.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous diagnostic experience.
• Working knowledge of viewing equipment.
