About The Position
As a claims adjuster specialist, you'll play a critical role managing attorney represented bodily injury (BI) claims. An ideal candidate will have experience managing an inventory independently, experience assessing and evaluating liability, coverage, and damages, as well as working independently and directly with attorneys to negotiate and settle claims. By joining our organization, you'll have the support of a collaborative team that will help you grow your claims career. This is a hybrid role. You'll be expected to report to an office about four days per month for important meetings, training, and collaboration and will have the benefit of continued coaching from a supportive team. If you prefer an in-office environment, you're welcome to work in the office more than four days per month.
