The Claims Adjuster for Bodily Injury at Gallagher Bassett is responsible for managing and resolving general liability and auto bodily injury claims. Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve general liability and property claims.
- Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate actions.
- Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, exhibiting empathy throughout the claims process.
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
- Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled.
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
- Computer experience with related claims and business software.
