About the position

As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills to assist customers in navigating the claims process after an accident. This position is not field-based; instead, you will engage with customers primarily over the phone, fostering relationships and providing support in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve managing a full caseload of claims, ensuring that each case is resolved efficiently from start to finish. You will receive ongoing coaching from experienced leaders and collaborate with a supportive team, allowing you to develop your skills in a nurturing environment. The training will cover essential topics such as property damage assessment and understanding insurance contracts, enabling you to adjust claims confidently and independently. This hybrid role allows you to work in-office for two days a week, as determined by local leadership, while giving you the flexibility to choose your work location for the remaining three days, whether at home or in the office. After the initial 12-month period, the in-office requirements will vary based on business needs, but you will continue to receive support from your leaders and colleagues to foster your professional development. If you prefer a more traditional office setting, you are welcome to work in the office as often as you like.
