About The Position
As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will learn to assist customers in navigating the claims process after an accident. This role focuses on building relationships with customers over the phone rather than in the field. You will manage a full caseload of claims, receiving comprehensive training on property damage and insurance contracts to ensure you can adjust claims independently and confidently. The position is hybrid, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work, with ongoing support from a collaborative team and leadership.
