About The Position
As a Claims Adjuster Trainee at Progressive, you will learn to assist customers in navigating the claims process after an accident. This role is primarily phone-based, allowing you to build relationships with customers while managing a heavy caseload efficiently. You will receive comprehensive training on property damage and insurance contracts, enabling you to adjust claims confidently and independently.
