About the position

The Claims Advocate Senior role at Gallagher is designed for experienced professionals who will act as advocates for sophisticated clients and their claims. Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for sophisticated clients and claims.
• Demonstrate advanced problem resolution skills.
• Manage and communicate issues for key accounts.
• Provide coverage advice to clients.
• Review coverage positions and challenge adjusters as warranted.
• Facilitate client meetings, claims reviews, and vendor visits.
• Negotiate changes in reserves for positive client outcomes.
• Provide status reports to clients as needed.
• Review all new problematic or sophisticated claims and formulate a plan of action.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 5 years' related experience in claims.
• Solid understanding of claim and coverage issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use all claims and business-related software.
