Summit Consulting, LLC is seeking a Claims Assistant to join our team in Gainesville, GA. This position is integral to our operations, focusing on the investigation and maintenance of workers' compensation claims. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of claims processes and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Claims Assistant, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating coverage and liability, securing and analyzing necessary information such as reports, policies, appraisals, and statements to assist in the investigation of claims. You will also be tasked with ensuring that claims payments are issued in a timely and accurate manner, while adhering to all applicable statutes, regulations, and company policies. In this role, you will work in a hybrid environment, spending three days in the office and two days working from home.
