About the position

The Claims Customer Service Representative at American Modern Insurance Group is responsible for managing high volume inbound calls in the Claims contact center. This role focuses on capturing detailed information for newly reported claims and addressing inquiries related to previously reported claims, including settlement status and pending documentation. The position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring 40-50% of the time in the office and the remainder working from home, with a Monday to Friday workweek from 10am to 7pm EST. Overtime may be required during catastrophic events.

Responsibilities

  • Answer high volume inbound calls regarding claims.
  • Capture detailed information for newly reported claims.
  • Address inquiries on previously reported claims, including settlement and status questions.
  • Provide information on pending documentation related to claims.
