About the position

As a Moderate Inside Property Adjuster at Allstate, you will provide exceptional service to policyholders by handling claims from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include virtually inspecting property damages, reviewing policies to apply proper coverage, preparing estimates using Xm8, and settling claims promptly and accurately. This role emphasizes customer interaction and support, ensuring that claims are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Virtually inspect property damages and review policies to apply proper coverage.
• Prepare estimates within Xm8 and settle claims promptly and accurately.
• Interact with customers, contractors, and vendors through various software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.
• Handle various property perils, primarily focusing on water damage, with some minor exterior damage.
• Manage claims for non-complex structural damages under 25-30K or 4-5 rooms or less, and contents/personal property under 100 items.
• Participate in annual shift bids and handle claims on a graduated efficiency scale.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in digital tools and software, including Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to adopt new technologies and adapt to change.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
