We're looking for an Operations Analyst to serve as a business analyst for Westfield Specialty Claims. In this role, you'll assist in creating and refining business and functional requirements for claims processing and administration, as well as third-party solutions and reporting integrations. You'll need to plan, organize, and prioritize your workload to meet multiple timelines and deliverables. Collaboration with technical analysts and product owners will be key. As part of your responsibilities, you will take on leading and supporting roles across various projects. Your tasks will include creating business and functional requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter, third-party solutions, and reporting integrations. You will also participate in user acceptance testing to ensure that the solutions meet the business needs. Data analysis will be a significant part of your role, as you will support business decisions by analyzing data and providing reports to the claims team. You will work closely with key stakeholders to gather information and requirements for data analysis, reporting, and Tableau dashboards. Ensuring data quality by identifying issues, developing solutions, and coordinating corrective actions is crucial to the success of the claims operations. In addition, you will be responsible for mapping workflows and procedures, analyzing them, and suggesting changes to optimize the entire claim lifecycle. You will help claims management evaluate, prioritize, and follow up on enhancements to claim systems. Furthermore, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update claims training materials, incorporating this content into training applications and participating in delivering the training. Maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with the claims team will be essential, as you will offer support as needed to align with business strategies.
