As a Claims Processor at Prime Therapeutics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a mission that helps people access the medicine they need to feel better and live well. Your responsibilities will include adjudicating claims and adjustments as required, resolving claims edits and suspended claims, and maintaining and updating the necessary reference materials to effectively adjudicate claims. You will also provide backup support to other team members in the performance of their job duties as assigned. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and adherence to claims payment policies and contractual agreements with customers and providers. Your work will directly impact the quality of care and service provided to our members, making it essential to stay proactive and engaged in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
