About the position

The Claims Processor at Corelleaf Design Studio is responsible for supporting the implementation of new Small Business Clients. This role involves executing preliminary steps for client setup, tracking tasks, validating benefit setups, and managing incoming membership documents. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of Implementation Specialists to ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests.

Responsibilities

• Execute the preliminary steps to build a new client structure for implementation requests routed through shared Salesforce queue.
• Initiate and accurately track all completed tasks using proprietary Salesforce Implementation Tracker Project Management tool.
• Validate benefit set-up in the core Facets system and communicate discrepancies to implementation owners.
• Execute new client online portal access set-up, including sending communication email templates and tracking status.
• Monitor team shared Outlook mailbox for incoming membership documents from clients, brokers, or Third Party Administrators (TPAs).
• Review incoming membership documents to confirm accuracy in formatting and validity of data, and communicate needed updates for successful enrollment.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with insurance verification.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree required.
• Data entry experience preferred.
• Entry-level position.

Benefits
