About the position

The Claims Processor at NTT DATA Services is responsible for registering, processing, and adjudicating claims accurately and efficiently. This remote position plays a crucial role in ensuring timely processing of claims for assigned groups, contributing to the overall success of the Employee Benefits Division.

Responsibilities

• Process all claims for assigned group(s) within ten days of receipt.
• Complete forms for over specific claims, including printing EOBs, pulling claims, and copying claims.
• Contact providers and case management company for information regarding problem claims.
• Print/mail EOBs and claim forms requested by providers and insured members.
• Assist with audits for assigned group.
• Assist with claims processing and over specific for new or backlogged groups.

Requirements

• High School Education required.
• 3 Years of Claims Processing Experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in the GBAS Claims system.
