About the position
The Claims Processor at Fred Beans Automotive Group is responsible for managing and processing property claims, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and assisting managers with claims-related tasks. Responsibilities
- Review for accuracy all incoming Auto, Property, and General liability Incident claim forms submitted.
- Request claim information needed from managers.
- Assist managers with completing claim forms.
- Report claims to the insurance company, if needed.
- Follow up on existing Auto, Property, and General liability claims.
- Receive and log certificates of insurance from vendors and contractors.
- Receive requests for insurance certificates from dealerships or affiliated companies and banks that require proof of insurance.
- Submit requests to insurance companies.
- Assist in review and preparation of policy renewal.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Entry-level position requiring under 1 year of experience.
- Previous insurance claims or legal experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Ability to prioritize deadlines.
