About the position

The Claims Processor at Real Soft, Inc. is responsible for supporting the implementation of new Small Business Clients by ensuring timely and accurate completion of key tasks. This role involves working closely with Implementation Specialists and utilizing tools like Salesforce to manage client setups and track progress effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute the preliminary steps to build a new client structure for implementation requests routed through shared Salesforce queue.
• Initiate and accurately track all completed tasks using proprietary Salesforce Implementation Tracker Project Management tool.
• Validate benefit set-up in the core Facets system and communicate any discrepancies to implementation owners.
• Execute new client online portal access set-up, including sending communication email templates, tracking status, and reporting issues.
• Monitor team shared Outlook mailbox for incoming membership documents from clients, brokers, or Third Party Administrators (TPAs).
• Review incoming membership documents in Microsoft Excel and Word to confirm accuracy in formatting and validity of data, and communicate necessary updates for successful enrollment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong data entry skills with a minimum of 9000 keystrokes per hour.
• Entry-level experience in a similar role.
