Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and verify submitted claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Process claims in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of claims, approvals, denials, and follow-up actions.
• Input claims data into company systems accurately.
• Ensure all supporting documentation is properly filed and accessible.
• Prepare reports on claim statuses, trends, and resolutions.
• Act as a liaison between claimants, adjusters, and other departments.
• Provide updates and explanations to stakeholders regarding claim outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex or disputed claims.
• Ensure claims meet all internal and external compliance standards.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing requested claims documentation.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting claims processing.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance claims management skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in claims processing, insurance, or a related field (2-3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of industry-specific claims practices and software systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
