About the position

The Data Entry Specialist will be integral to the implementation process for new Small Business Clients, focusing on data accuracy and efficient task completion. This role involves collaboration with Implementation Specialists to set up and track client data in proprietary systems while maintaining high-quality data standards and ensuring accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the preliminary setup steps for new client structures in accordance with client guidelines and processes, utilizing the Salesforce queue.
• Manage timely tracking of all tasks using the Salesforce Implementation Tracker Project Management tool.
• Validate benefit setups in the core Facets system, identifying and communicating any discrepancies.
• Establish online portal access for new clients, send communication templates, and track status while reporting issues as they arise.
• Monitor the team's shared Outlook mailbox for incoming membership documents from clients, brokers, or TPAs.
• Verify the accuracy of membership documents (in Excel and Word), communicating necessary updates to ensure successful enrollment and processing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) and Outlook, with familiarity in cloud-based applications like OneDrive.
• Strong ability to manage high-volume, high-accuracy data entry tasks.
• Quick to learn new processes and systems, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Clear articulation of findings, issues, or concerns that need resolution.
• Experience managing multiple sources or systems, with a preference for candidates with prior data entry experience.
