About The Position
The Claims Senior Representative serves as a technical expert in claims adjusting, focusing on injury, material damage, negligence, compensability, damage, and coverage issues. This role is responsible for determining coverage, investigating, analyzing, negotiating, and settling claims that do not require outside investigation. The position emphasizes delivering quality customer service in a high-volume, moderate complexity work environment and includes mentoring less experienced Adjusters on the team.
