Responsibilities

• Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies.
• Assist, support, and work closely with the supervising district/school employees.
• Assist students on classroom topics/courses.
• Build positive relationships with students.
• Assign or reinforce tasks and homework.
• Empower students to learn and encourage classroom participation.
• Assist in building a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students.
• Adapt to the various learning styles of students.
• For long-term assignments, develop lesson plans, administer, and grade tests and assignments.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• School employment fingerprint background clearance (out-of-pocket, non-refundable expense of $58.25).
